You can expect updates within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. For instance, social media assets may take just a day, while a full-page design could require up to 3 days for the initial draft. Rest assured, all designs are crafted uniquely based on your specifications, without resorting to pre-built templates.

On the other hand, our monthly plan offers a solution to this predicament. You have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This means you’re only paying for your designer when you have actual projects on hand. How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 25 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 6 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Do you offer discounts on annual plans?

Certainly! Save 10% when you pay for a year in advance. Enjoy a yearly saving of $2396 on our Essential design plan and $3596 on our Advance design plan.

What tools do you use for design?

All our designs are meticulously crafted in Figma, whether it’s an icon, full-page design, or custom graphic. Additionally, we make use of Adobe CC for certain design elements.

How do I submit design requests?

Flexibility is key at Desiznlab. The primary method to request designs is through Trello, where you can share files like wireframes, Google docs, or even provide a brief through a Loom video for a more dynamic approach.

What if I'm not satisfied with the design?

Rest assured, perfection is our goal. Even if the initial draft isn’t perfect, you have unlimited feedback changes until you are 200% satisfied.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a money-back guarantee. However, if you’re dissatisfied with our service, please reach out, and we’ll do our utmost to address your concerns.

Are there any design categories you don't cover?
